Changing the traffic light settings

Change how the system decides whether your zone is Green, Amber or Red.

This article assumes that you know how to access and modify your zone's settings. If you are unsure about how to do this, we recommend you read this other article first: Modifying an existing zone

On the settings page for your zone you will find two text fields, with a label similar to: At how many visitors should we mark this zone amber?

The values entered into these two text fields are used by the system to decide whether to change the traffic light state for your zone to amber or red.

We recommend that you set the red limit to the maximum occupancy of your venue (generally the same as decided by fire regulations), and the amber limit to about 70% of that.

After making the neccessary modifications simply press the Save button and the new limits will be applied to the system right away.
